Somewhere deep in the jungle, there is a place where unique living forms are living life to their fullest.

Here, different species come together and they practice their own skill, craft, and creativity they possess.

Beauty lies in the confidence and the uniqueness they carry.

This 3-dimensional painting series allows us to peek into their world.

 We were ants once upon a time.

We worked together as a community, to support each other.

Over time, our society has developed into a somewhat independent form where each of us weave our own happiness.

Just like spiders, with the skills and passions we have, we weave our own web of life.

Spiders symbolize infinite knowledge, strength and imagination.

However, I believe that this strength as an independent being will later allow us to help the ones we love.

Right now, our independent skills and strength are being challenged by our society.

Overcoming this, I think we will be able to create a world where we can strongly support each other even more.

Tibetan flag series ・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・

Series of works I made during my stay in Tibet, using the local Tibetan thangka pigments. Bordered with fabric from Tibet.

During my stay there, I felt and learned a lot everyday and I expressed them in a form of a prayer flag.

This series expresses the human race coexisting with nature.

We, human race, is part of nature.

Our anatomy and the combination of the nature's living organisms create a sense of beauty.

I find that human race and the nature's living organisms working together to sustain the beauty of what nature offers is vital.
